Mini Events

February 5-7, 2019: Newman’s Castle – Astrophotography - Mini Event    << FULL >>
Newman’s Castle owner is allowing us access to his place with the intention of capturing star trails using multiple images of the night sky. We may try some light painting techniques to add to our images.
The events date will be held during an evening in early February based on weather conditions. If the weather in February does not comply, we could possibly utilize the March 2019 ‘New Moon’ period. This event is being limited to 10 photographers and prior to the event a planning meeting will be held to solidify understanding of the method of capturing star trails.
