Meetings and Membership

We meet the first Monday of each month, excluding holidays, at 7:00 p.m., normally in Aldersgate Hall (See Directions) but also on Zoom some months as announced in the monthly e-mail newsletter.

Our meetings last about one and a half hours. We have guest speakers who help us learn new techniques, exchange ideas, and enjoy gaining insight from others’ experiences. A special time is our Shoot and Share session which is shown at the end of the meetings. (see the Shoot and Share section below for more info). Every month brings a new speaker and program.

We also provide several Zoom Presentations throughout the year including photographers from around the world.

Our purpose is to bring together people interested in exploring the wonder of God’s creation through the lens of a camera. Members of all ages encourage one another and share their efforts to record nature, travels, people and memories. Anyone is welcome to join this club. We are here to teach one another through enjoyable activities and meetings, to make new friendships through a common interest, to support The Woodlands Methodist Church
through our photography, and to glorify God through it all.
